About our CEO

Lillian Clark is the founder and CEO of Phantom Tactical, a patriotic apparel brand Located in the heart of Oklahoma.

 

Our primary focus is providing items that military members, first responders and patriotic Americans will love, along with providing quality products that are not only comfortable but will last. Our company also specializes in custom moral shirts for military units and first responder departments.

 

Lillian started the company after listening to her fiances who is currently in the United States Marine Corps complain about not having a way to display his Ka-Bar knife and decided she was going to fix that problem. After making a custom stand for him she began recieving requests from other service members and veterans asking if she could also make them one. It sparked a passion in her to make and gift as many of them as she could but it was quickly realized that she needed a way to fund this endevaur, so she created Phantom Tactical. 

 

Our goal with this business is to have the ability to make and gift custom military displays to as many veterans as possible as a show of thanks for their service while also creating one of the most badass apparal lines anyone has ever seen, and that is why a portion of our proceeds goes directly towards making those displays.
